Frequently asked questions

Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes, forever. You get 10 AI generations per month, 2 team members, and basic exports. No credit card required.
What counts as a 'generation'?
Each time you generate content from sermon notes — newsletter, social post, devotional, etc. — that's one generation. Editing and re-exporting don't count.
Can I switch denominations?
Yes. Your org has a primary denomination profile, but you can change it anytime. Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple denomination profiles.
How does the theology guardrail work?
Every generation passes through a theology checker that flags language mismatches for your denomination. For example, a Baptist output won't use Catholic sacramental terminology.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Downgrade to Starter and keep all your content.
Do you store my sermons?
Sermon notes are stored in your private, encrypted Supabase database. We never share or train AI on your content. See our privacy policy for details.
