About Church Content OS

Our Mission

Small churches do big work with small teams. A single pastor often writes the sermon, the newsletter, the social media posts, the bulletin, the volunteer texts, and the kids ministry curriculum — all in the same week.

Church Content OS exists to give those hours back. We use AI to generate weekly church communications from sermon notes, so pastors can focus on what matters: shepherding their people.

Theology-Aware, Not Theology-Neutral

Generic AI tools don't understand that “baptism” means something different to a Baptist church than to a Catholic parish. They don't know when to say “ordinance” vs. “sacrament,” or that a Reformed church quotes the Westminster Confession while a Pentecostal church emphasizes the gifts of the Spirit.

We built denomination-specific terminology maps, theological guardrails, and tone calibration for 8 Christian traditions at launch: Baptist, Methodist, Non-denominational, Reformed, Pentecostal, Lutheran, Catholic, and Orthodox.

Our Values

  • Theological integrity first. Every generation passes through guardrails that flag denomination mismatches.
  • AI assists, humans decide. Pastors review and approve everything before it reaches the congregation.
  • Privacy by design. Sermon notes are your data. We never train AI models on your content.
  • Accessible pricing. A free tier that's genuinely useful, because small churches shouldn't be priced out.
